The lightening system can be used for on the scalp and off the scalp applications and provides less swelling than traditional lighteners. The lightener is available in either a crème or powder form. CHI Blondest Blonde provides superior performance with simplicity. It is easy to mix and use at 1:1 equal parts of CHI Blondest Blonde and CHI Color Generator with either the Crème or Powder.

HOW TO USE
- Mix equal parts of CHI Blondest Blonde Ionic Creme Lightener and Color Generator of your choice
- If mixed thin the process will slow down*
- If mixed thick the process will be accelerated*
- For Full head application or retouch application use 10 or 20 volume Color Generator
- For off the scalp lightening use 30 or 40 volume Color Generator

CAUTION: Do not use on eyelashes, eyebrows, facial hair or other parts of the body. Never shampoo before lightening. Do not apply to scalp with open cuts, abrasions or any abnormal conditions.
