Colour Wow - Blonde
I was disappointed with this product. It did not change my root colour to the blonde in my highlights - and I did follow the instructions. It barely made a difference. There is such a small amount in the container for $41 - and I had used a large amount to see if I could see a difference. Looking for suggestions on another product that might work better. Thank you.
